I once told a kid asking too many questions that if he didn't stop Santa wouldn't bring him any presents. He said that he would give away all his gifts in exchange for Santa's secrets.
If a kid asks how Santa can accomplish his global mission with such speed and stealth, just explain that his beard signifies he's ex-Special Forces, so he embodies the 'quiet professional' ethos. This leads to interesting discussions.
