The continual Taylor Swift pile-ons from the left are really vile. Her offense? Failing to be adequately political. You know what? The freedom not to be political is one of the most precious freedoms afforded to any citizen of a free society. Good for her.
Staying quiet about issues one isn't informed about is a civic virtue, IMHO. Maybe Taylor Swift just has more epistemic humility than most celebrities. Why add noise when others are adding signal?
