There is a reason why Butler is a professor at rhetoric department and not at biology or behavioural science. In the similar line of thought, that is why the whole gender studies enterprise is not interested in research and scientific facts.
The only coherent way to 'disprove' biological sex differences in humans would be to 'disprove' sexual selection theory, parental investment theory, and biological sex differences in the other 40,000 vertebrate species.
