Agree; I just hope the second half resurfaces at some point. Many a conservative, libertarian &/or Christian has had an experience (or multiple) at a university & has yet to speak up about them. Multiple viewpoints should be allowed & discussed in institutions of higher learning.

No it's not. It would be assault in such cases. Harassment is an (undesirable) form of social interaction only - not physical.

No - your interpretation is wrong. As soon as your body is "invaded or violated" you are looking at assault. If someone masturbates in front of you - that's physical and possibly harassment but not bodily invasion.
