If someone had more than 20k tweets, fewer than 200 followers, and a cartoon for a profile photo, are they a troll who deserves to be blocked on general principle?
IRL, if someone screams a lot in public from behind a mask and no one listens to them, is that a cue of anything?

It is, but the question in the original post doesn't capture that. Also, absolute follower numbers mean nothing – ratio does. Size of linguistic community and target audience matters too, e.g. And above all, quality of content and civility matter. Original tweet's deeply wrong.
