If someone had more than 20k tweets, fewer than 200 followers, and a cartoon for a profile photo, are they a troll who deserves to be blocked on general principle?

That limitation applied for this Scandinavian social democrats until 1-2 year ago. I had less than 200 followers most of my twitter time. You think anonymous Scandinavian social democrats are trolls who deserves to be blocked on general principle?

It is, but the question in the original post doesn't capture that. Also, absolute follower numbers mean nothing – ratio does. Size of linguistic community and target audience matters too, e.g. And above all, quality of content and civility matter. Original tweet's deeply wrong.
