Perfect summarization. A person is not an individual but an example or an instance of a "narrative" or "discourse," The body is just an object. This is also why some people of color think they can't have white friends. In a power structure there are only "allies" and "enemies."
It's also an implicit denial of everyone's agency and autonomy. To the post-modernist, there are no real minds or wills, only bodies, and the memes, ideologies, and systems of oppression that animate them.
