Yeah, and I'm thinking of public judgment and media coverage, not strict legal procedure. Bayesian would also take into account the base rates.

That's not sufficiently accurate. A Bayesian would incorporate a prior that took into account the person accusing, not just at the pop base rate. They would also take into account what's normalized in society and cost of accusation.

An ethical person/agent would further act in a way that did not distress the accuser, while allowing a defense but without bias which has typically tilted in favour of...I'll stop here as I my understanding of human psychology says it's a thought blocking trigger-point.
