Even as a a libertarian, I think the government should ensure none of its citizens are starving or dying of easily preventable diseases. Our government does that. Our poor people even have an obesity problem. It's not the govt's job to make everybody comfortable.
Where do you draw a principled line between rights and needs and wants?
