I’ve seen people arguing pretty clearly that they want 2A repealed. (Which I think is an awful idea, but at least they’re being upfront?)
If what you really want is to repeal the First or Second Amendment, just say that. Don't hide behind euphemisms. Democracy requires clarity.

BTW, outside of USA, there are many decent democracies without anything similar to 2A but very few - if any - without 1A
