Unfortunately caloric restriction which worked in dogs does NOT work in humans. Human fertility window long enough to outlast famines etc.

Senolytics *repair* some damage/a cause of ageing, while intermittent fasting can only slow accumulation of new damage (so my spies tell me)

There really is no branch of science as polluted with social bias as the effects of diet on health. We knew more 70 years ago than today.

Individual differences + habitation. Works for me if I don’t go beyond weekly fasts. Nothing beyond getting hungry, so better done outside.
