Private platforms (Twitter, Patreon, OKCupid) have no need to let anyone use their service. Almost always in ToS. Not a free speech issue.
Free speech isn't just a legal right; it's also a social value. Hiding behind ToS legalese ducks their civic responsibility.

I 95% agree with you, but I don't think they need to accept inciting of violence or in Patreon's case fundraising that could kill people.
