A few places to start re: errors 1) if you say the word “distribution”, show or cite same. Burden of evidence is on the author.

2) differences btwn sexes “universal across cultures” - certainly not all diffs; which specifically are we talking abt?

3) “underlying traits are highly heritable” - sex is, by definition, not heritable (unless we’re taking about roundworms working as SWEs?)

Last: Q raised in context of biology; even if distributional diffs exist btwn &, no way to disambiguate from decades of in STEM ed

pop differences doesn't mean a woman in Google is inferior. But pop data could explain pop wide gaps.

Note I say 'could' bc yes there's probably some sexism/racism involved..but other side says it's 'only' bc sexism, generalizing!

Actually, other side (well, me) says source of ineq. matters less; rather that actual cited research sez balanced teams work better
