Should having children be a right or an earned privilege?
From a Darwinian perspective, if reproduction isn't a right, then all other rights are meaningless. It's more basic than the right to life.

From a non-Darwinian perspective, I can think of a heck of a lot of rights I'd rather still have after a vasectomy.
