wrong. there are plenty of leftist hereditarians. there're just a lot still in the closet. and anyway, old boys were leftists, like haldane.
And Haldane in the 1930s rejected sexual selection theory as anti-communist and anti-egalitarian.

There was already a mountain of evidence in Darwin (1871). Haldane just rejected it as counter-revolutionary.
