Sadly, 'we will not tolerate hate speech' reveals he doesn't understand #1A constitutional law. 'Hate speech' is protected speech too.

I agree w/ you, Geoffrey. My position/belief (in my Tweets & papers) is we must tolerate even "hateful speech" (but not incitement speech).

Hate speech is a misleading concept. It's exploited by restriction-defenders. To overcome such a terminology, I have a solution/suggestion.
