They’re more anti-border than pro-immigration
If you claim to be pro-immigration, but you support rioters who burn down hundreds of small businesses that were lovingly started & conscientiously run by immigrants who dreamed of a better life, you're not really pro-immigration.

Rioters are cowardly instigators of destruction and violence. Supporting rioters is vile. Not all who protest engage in rioting. Most protesters are peaceful. Supporting protesters is not the same as supporting rioters.
