The school needs to avoid any federal money, like Hillsdale.

No one at the universities care what conservatives think. They make up about 1% of social science professors. They have less power then nearly any other group. There are probably more professors with purple or green hair than conservatives.

Maybe most realistic option is make a new university.

They can't. Students are interrogated every step along that path &, with respect to a significant range of what ought to be non-controversial topics, even *moderates* can't make it in. & this guy's "conservative" is a strawman hewn together from random bits to fit his fantasy.

Humanities, other ideological depts. are also funded by Federal government grants. End government run schools, perhaps offer *partial matching* vouchers for private. Any system where people more carefully scrutinize spend and expected return, will undermine ideologue studies.

Using the word "compete" instead of "debate" is interesting. Critical theories tend to be difficult to falsify, and therefore to discuss scientifically.
