Why 20 employees?
As far as I'm concerned, if you've started your own business from scratch & it now employs at least 20 people so they can support their families, you've earned a PhD in general life competence.

I figured 3 would be like a BA and 10 would be like a Masters. But it's kinda arbitrary, obvs.
