Is that what they did, or did they just interpret the law? The legislature is OUR responsibility....

They interpreted the law in a way that does not permit responsible legislation.

I understood the decision as based on bio sex i.e. if male+X=fired where female+X=not fired, then sex discrimination has, in part, occurred. Whether X is attraction to men, identifying as female or liking a certain sports team (though gay and trans are intrinsically sex-linked).

Yes. Just as the Title VII law does not specify the construction that Gorsuch used to craft new legislation favoring LGBTQ in his ruling, his ruling does not specify the deconstruction of biological sex. But in the same way, it will do exactly that.

If we can’t defend science and the scientific method at the level of sex and gender, we’re gonna lose the whole show by degrees. Biology’s already going, then chemistry, then physics will eventually follow. We’ll lose the whole edifice it’s taken 400+ years to build. All of it.

This has been the left's game: to get people to doubt their own senses. Fat is beautiful. Biological sex doesn't exist. Women are as strong as men. Once their base was dumbed down enough to believe these, the coup de maitre we're witnessing was an easy sell.
