I love how the more people read this book, the more her business model gets discredited.

I find the books premise to be right in a few cases but mostly just “white guilt” rather than any real practical solutions.

I'm saving that one-liner of yours. Don't be surprised if it shows up in a book (quote properly attributed). Writing practical (not theoretical) book about how beliefs color interpretations of experiences. Lots of references to beliefs & memes.

This is the curse of reflexivity: when to think on how you think you make progress. Critical reasoning has reflexivity but within the theory. So you cannot escape from it. A special circle of Hell Dante didn't thought about.

But is the author not also in a meta trap by writing a book that tries to use reason to demean it? I mean, how can you make an argument--no matter how poorly--and not purport to use reason?
