Lessons my two sons learnt from seeing me participate in protests: 1/ Its important to stand up for your rights 2/ If you don't stand up for them, no one else will 3/ Don't be afraid to do the right thing.
These are all valid lessons that every son and daughter needs to learn. We may disagree on some political issues, but maybe we can agree that active political engagement is important.
