Her genius was figuring out how to monetize a Kafka Trap, by milking corporate race-guilt. It's a good grift. Just toxic to the rest of society.
It's a very religion-esque use of guilt taken to the next level by using the Kafka Trap as validation. Clearly hitting the same emotional buttons in regular people and empowering other sociopaths - like they do routinely for each other.
