Also, Scott is a *terrible* writer. No, it's not that my tiny pea brain is too small to grasp his greatness, or that I lack the character to read long essays. I read a lot of much more difficult writing than SSC, and I know the difference between logorrhea and profound writing.

Maybe folks would respect them less if they knew he had written in defense of "The Bell Curve", called eugenics programs "Better than what we have now" and argued that essentially no action can be called racist. And that's just one article and it's responses?
