There's a strain of modern "journalism" that sees its mission as making the world a better place and measures its success by the outcomes it creates (i.e. "impactful" rather than informative or interesting).

Was the same yesterday. Newsweek reported a spike in Covid cases cause of trump rally. Two days after. Had they waited 2 weeks it would be believable. i am far from being pro trump, im not even living in the states atm, but that shows us that media is completely broken!
