My question: what's the endgame of the people who *taught* the people that want to cancel Western Civilization?

None of them have an endgame. They really don't. Not one that's a stable multi-generational equilibrium of any sort.

The rational way to look at it should be that it isn't a monolith, and that you should try to get rid of the bad parts, and keep and improve the good parts. Problem is, a lot of people have no idea what the good parts are, and little understanding of how they work...

They mistake flaws society hasn't yet fixed for evils it has perpetrated. From that perspective, if you tear it down, you solve the problems. But history shows that new governments are often worse than those they replace. More so when a Bill of Rights is lost in the Revolution.
