        An example should be made of China for lying to the world for weeks, so no country dares to do that again. And when the next serious outbreak occurs, a travel ban should automatically go into effect until we know what's happening.

        There are many programs to do just this including the CDC 1.2 billion dollar budget. Not every problem can be solved with money. This seems like pure rhetoric if you aren't more specific about how you would change the status quo.
