Yes, I’m aware. AFAIK (Pinker’s Blank Slate & Haidt’s work) its something like a ~50/50 split re: nature vs nurture for influencing a child’s adult personality. ~50% that a parental team influences still needs to be done well. I’m not confident (yet) that polyamory will do that.

Nope. for most traits it's 50% additive genetic variance, and about 50% 'non-shared environment' (mostly random effects) that do _not_ reflect parenting. Shared env't (including parenting) often has negligible effects on traits.
