Within 10 years, will the Supreme Court decide that 'polyamorous vs. monogamous' is a legally protected dimension of 'sexual orientation' under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act?

Hard to make the same argument with polyamory since it would apply completely and equally to either sex.

The argument is that it’s sex discrimination because if you were a woman who dated men then that would be all right but not if you were a man. That’s different from polyamory prohibitions which can be equally applied regardless of sex.

Note, I’m not saying I agree. I’m not a textualist. I’m just saying I think the cases are quite different to a textualist.

In all seriousness and with due respect, I really don't think you have any ground to stand on against
@primalpoly's perspective if you're going to be a constitutionalist here. As an Orthodog that's not a constraint for me, but if it is for you, you really ought to concede.2 replies 0 retweets 1 like
