Within 10 years, will the Supreme Court decide that 'polyamorous vs. monogamous' is a legally protected dimension of 'sexual orientation' under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act?

The argument is that it’s sex discrimination because if you were a woman who dated men then that would be all right but not if you were a man. That’s different from polyamory prohibitions which can be equally applied regardless of sex.

Note, I’m not saying I agree. I’m not a textualist. I’m just saying I think the cases are quite different to a textualist.

@primalpoly that the legal justification is technically there, but I also feel sympathetic to@EPoe187 in the sense that I'm not sure this kind of nationwide shift in the conception of lawful relationships would be good - especially if we're talking about the median.Thanks.
