Look at their "diversity of letters". They go for skin color and sex. And queerness. Or whatever else gets one higher up in the victimhood lattice.

No class diversity though. Both sides have gone to the same universities and all studied the same courses There used to be many paths to success in journalism, now there is only one—and very few can afford it.
