Appeal for mistrial?
Remember kids, if you think some new law is unconstitutional, & you ever sit on a jury to decide whether someone's guilty of violating that law, you should google 'jury nullification'.... (one of our last lines of defense against unjust laws)

During jury selection I started a reply with "Henry David Thoreau on Civil Disobedience ... ", and was almost instantaneously dismissed.

Here in NC we have an old law (I have a friend who was charged with it) making it a crime to wear a mask in public. We now have a new law that says it's illegal to be in public without a mask. Litterly everyone in NC is now a criminal.

Best method to get out of jury duty is to wear a shirt that says Jury Nullification in the front.
