I wonder why it’s so easy to erase or deplatform socially a scientist because of personal reasons, yet we hardly do the same with artists or sorts figures... or at least show them more “compassion”. Is it my selective bias?

The point is to grab power. Displacing prestige creates a vacuum to be filled with the religious tenets of wokism. Artists and sports figures don’t usually offer these benefits. Where they do, the pattern will be the same.
