Any particular reason why anorexia and ADHD are the only two with a distinct negative correlation?

Not sure. Anorexia tends to be associated with OCD tendencies IIRC, which are kinda opposite to ADHD.

I would have expected ASD to have higher correlations with anxiety and ADHD.

Article is from 2006, when the DSM disallowed one individual to be diagnosed with both conditions. That changed in 2013. I expect the correlation on diagnosis under DSM 5 would look totally different.
