As a libertarian professor, I learned that most college administrators have no understanding of due process or free speech. As a sex researcher, I learned they also have no understanding of the complexities & realities of human courtship, dating, & mating.

The 1st point is honest ignorance: not terribly creditable in a job that is about administering processes, but whatever. The 2nd is dishonest ignorance: they are adults in modern society, & most have courted, dated, & mated; yet they complacently endorse simplistic ideologies.
