Right-Ten people with IQs of 70 could not match the productivity of 5 with IQs of 140. Just like there is no number of people with my basketball skills would make a trade for Michael Jordan a fair one.

Or, ordinal variables have no true meaning of zero and the differences between intervals are quantitatively meaningless. Which begs the question, why are parametric tests done on ordinal variables?
