Read his book, I think he makes a good distinction between “screen time” & social media time. WHAT they do on their screens is far more important than the time spent.

My kids seem well adjusted, and can deal with it from what I can tell. Both are doing very well at a really good school (normal school hours but via Zoom every weekday right now).
