IQ expert @StuartJRitchie points out that CART scores correlate +.695 with good old-fashioned IQ tests.

Why is so much effort expended discrediting IQ and that it seems robust across many domains (including longevity) Meaning if one were an actuary you would want this data

I discuss this at length in my book 'Spent'. Cheap, fast, accurate IQ tests threaten the monopoly that higher education credentials have as IQ-signals. Therefore, higher ed must diss IQ tests .... even while using IQ-type tests (SAT, GRE) as admission standards.
