Do they think families aren't capable of educating their own kids?
Or is the system afraid of families figuring out homeschooling works?
Where 'lost instructional time' = 'lost indoctrination time'. God forbid the kids should absorb the values of their parents rather than the values of the teacher's unions.
I can see position re ideology for humanities, but STEM? And how many parents are in a position to teach STEM?
