I think if the full public allegation was fully to bring awareness and not political than at the very least her time to do this was in the heat of the metoo. She would have been more likely to be believed, there had never been a safer time to come out.

Without evidence, no one can truly be sure except either Tara Reade and Biden himself. Honestly, I think its unlikely that he did it. But i also find it hard to believe she would be lying. Though I see reasons for both parties to lie.
