Is there any rational argument for 'the existence of God(s)' that couldn't also be used as an argument that 'we're living inside a Simulation'?

Yes but the point of the ontological argument is that, the categorical description: “that than which nothing greater can be conceived of” is the essence (and therefore existence) of God — it does not make any other claims regarding its essence.

Versions of the ontological that interpret it as an argument about necessity and possible worlds would prove the existence of God but not a simulator. (I'm not claiming these arguments work, just that they would only prove God's existence, if they did work.)
