My biggest gripe with LessWrong culture is its almost universal humorlessness. It's shocking how few jokes Rationalists make, and how many they don't get. You don't see this critique made often because the only people stodgier than rats are those who hate and sneer at them.
Sad thing is, humorous satire of irrationality has historically been the most powerful weapon in rationality's arsenal.
