We need more attractive people willing to be the face of polyamory, to help with polyamory's PR problem. @sentientist and @primalpoly are two great examples - we need more of them. Can we make a hot poly people dating app?

The problem with poly isn’t it’s image. It that people see sex as an extremely intimate thing. And intimacy isn’t supposed to be shared with everyone, otherwise it ceases to be intimacy. It simply becomes mundane, and therefore useless.
'Friendship isn't meant to be shared with everyone. Therefore you must have only one friend'. See how silly that sounds?

It is silly. But I was talking about the intimacy of sex, not friendship. (I should have been more clear). We both know those are two wildly different things, however. And I’m not sure the analogy holds..

Anything will sound silly if you make an analogy to something that isn't analogous. I've never had lunch with a friend & been surprised by an infant emerging from the friend's vag, for instance.
