What point exactly are you trying to make? Because people intuitively understand that the more that hate, fear, and anger are bred out of humanity, the less value hate, fear, and anger have. It’s a virtuous circle, and as such should be encouraged, as the Lama is doing.
Would you really want vulnerable kids or adults to never experience fear, anger, or hate? Wouldn't that make them even more vulnerable to predation & exploitation? Why would you want that?

Predation and exploitation are themselves aspects born of hate and fear, are they not? And as predation and exploitation are effortful and costly, they are simply not done without fear of not having enough status, wealth, or food.
