It goes far beyond that. For example, in NM if a provider prescribes a 5 day course of an opioid they are required to prescribe naloxone as well. Many other states have similar laws

This is great. My EMT license expired almost a decade ago now so I guess I missed the worst of that. I can't imagine being an EMT right now; unlike them I get reasonably-well compensated for coming into contact with this virus.
