Love her or hate her, I don't think it's helpful to throw 'grift' or 'grifter' around about anybody who makes a living producing independent digital content.

Either she is a grifter or she really is willingly ignorant. Calling her a grifter is generous in this case. She has a responsibility to investigate what an R0 is, and apply it, along with ICU rates to answer her own question. Instead she shuts down anyone who answers. Brutal.
