1st Amendment prevents establishing a State church, but they should have to follow any law/edict than any other organization has to follow. Otherwise, couldn't anyone just claim that one of their business services is "magic" and avoid limits?

Without a doubt, yes. I am usually for liberty, but the preacher would not just be endangering himself; he would be endangering the churchgoers, his community and potentially the entire city/state/country. When something is likely to bring harm on that scale, force is justified.

Guess it would depend on whether the preachers 1 make sure that social distancing rules are adhered to; 2 at least restrict the number of people attending these services; and 3 whether it's the case of people showing up and preachers not wanting to turn them down rather than..1/2

Can’t they do virtual services, online streaming or something? Daily addresses to the congregation online? It would be good for public health if they took that approach. The churches and other houses of worship should not be open now.
