Even weirder are the french numbers from 80 on, for something like 99 (quatre vingt dix neuf) is "four twenties a ten and a nine"

No it should be ‘ten-one, ten-two, ten-three’ etc to make it the same as the rest of the two digit numbers ‘twenty-one’ etc
