Legislation in a time of coronavirus: My heuristic is, gov'ts shouldn't pass any bills longer than 3,000 words, and their provisions shouldn't last any longer than 3 months. Keep it simple & short. Pass new legislation later if needed.
I've thought a lot about Aspergers traits, but tbh never pegged POTUS as Aspy at all.
