I think the counterargument is weak. First amendment says that the government shall not abridge "the right of the people peaceably to assemble". If 1A can be restricted for quarantine reasons, then so can 2A be so restricted---even staying within constitutional logic.

Freedom of movement and assembly too, I thought. I understand there are teens licking toilets to prove how small a deal this virus supposedly is, but at a certain point nature whips something up that can get bad. Not everyone will get sick, but everyone will be in a Depression.
